What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea After Having Breakfast?

I ate breakfast and about 30 min later got nauseated and felt like I needed to throw up and was going to pass out. I had several episodes of diarrhea. As time went on, my stomach started burning and I had a weird taste in my mouth. I ve had mild pain off and on on my right side under my ribs but it has not been severe. I took a Tagamet and lay really still and the burning and nausea went away.
