What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea After Having Food?

My husband (age71) is having stomach and digestive issues. He gets sick ever every time he eats. He gets nauseous and has diarrhea. Also having a tingling in his left hand hand and has nauseating pains in his chest and had a jolting shock in the lest side of his body! I suggested he have an endoscopy. His last colonoscopy was 3 yrs ago. Any suggestions?

Hello,
He probably needs an upper endoscopy but more concerning is that the left hand tingling, chest pain and nausea could all be signs of heart disease. Make sure he sees his doctor soon. He may need referral to a cardiologist.
