What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After A Head Injury?

I was hit in the hit by a fan blade from 10 ft above, that was moving, cracked and hit me on top of the head. I was knocked to the floor, extreme pain, huge bumps and pitted area on top of head, nausea, dizzy, upset stomach now diarrhea. Its been almost 10 hours and feel sick to my stomach. Do I need to see a doctor?

form your symptomes it looks like that
you need to consult to a doctor to rule out any inner injury of the skull and/ or brain.
you may require CT brain if consultant find necessaary after your examination.
