What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After An Abdominal Myomectomy?

Hello, I had an abdominal myomectomy almost 3 weeks ago. This morning l woke up at 9:30 am and was very nauseous. It is now almost 4pm and I am still nauseous and dizziness has set in as well. I called my doc\surgeon and she wasn t in. Currently waiting on her phone call. I haven t taken any medicine yet today. Is there something I can do for this?

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you had a surgical procedure 3 weeks ago and it has no connection with your present symptom at all. So you can discuss with your doctor regarding antiemetic and anti-vertigo like [cinnarizine + domperidone] twice a day and do check your stool for any intestinal parasites.
