What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Taking Augmentin?
I have Diverticulitis and was put on Flagyl 500mg and Augmentin 875-125mg. This is my 3rd day to take it. After I took the Augmentin, I started having some nausea, no vomiting, and a little dizziness & nausea. I haven t taken the pills at the same time, about a hour & a half apart. I m suppose to take the Augmentin again, but not sure to take it or not. I take both of with food..

It is from drug use as both Flagyl and Amoxicillin can cause gastrointestinal discomfort with nausea, dizziness or alterations in taste. There is nothing to worry.
You take Pantoprazole once daily for one week.it will relieve you from such effects.
