What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Traumatic Stress?

I feel nausous and dizzy and almost like blacking out i have experienced some traumatic streess this week and got a doctor mix up on my adderall . I am supposed to have 10mg of adderal xr once a day but a sub doc gave me one 10mg adderal twice a day instead also this week. I have had a runny nose too but a virtual doc said hypoglicimia and i was temporarily diagnosed with that 3-4 yr's ago during a pregnancy but that was it.. what is going on?
