Hi,

The fact that all tests run out normal it means there is nothing serious causing your symptoms. The pregnancy itself brings a lot of changes in your body and the symptoms you mention are quite common with pregnancy.

I would advise you to make sure you take frequent small amount of food and fluids during the day, rest as needed, do small walks time after time and if you feel like passing out you need to sit. Avoid long standing on one place as this might make you feel unwell.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
