Dear user,

I really understand your concern.

Based on your introduction, there's nothing to worry about, unless per migraine, because nausea with/without vomiting and dizziness are common complaints of patients with migraine.

Some general measures that I recommend to my patients are:
- Adjust habits to maintain a routine pattern of sleeping. This is especially important to maintain on weekends and vacations.
- Do not skip breakfast. Eat regular meals with one or two snacks.
- Avoid food triggers of migraine.
- Drink no more than two caffeinated beverages a day.
- Hydration is important.
- At least 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 7 days a week.
- Cold compresses
- Use relaxation techniques such as yoga, etc.

Also for nausea and your dizziness I would prescribe Promethazine 12.5 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed.

Hope my answer will be helpful for you!
