General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems the symptoms he is having are due to gastritis. It is important to treat that first as it will aggravate his blood pressure further.

Since, he is unable to keep anything orally; he will have to get a shot of antacid like injection Ranitidine and an anti-emetic like injection Ondensetron. For that, he will have to be taken to an ER (Emergency Room).

If he is not relieved by these medications, then he may need further assessment to diagnose the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
