What Causes Nausea And Dizziness With Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, I had nausea a two weeks ago with dizziness, hot flashes, and headaches. Now I m having sore breast a week and a half later. My stomach hurts I ve had cramping on and off for a few weeks and still have headaches. I also have vaginal discharge what could be wrong?
