General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If you are a female I would suggest you a pregnancy test. Other factors for your symptoms may be:

- Gastroesophageal Reflux which you can diagnose in the office of a gasteroenterolog. Meanwhile if your mouth is fulled with saliva-like liquid (especially in the morning).

- I would suggest to avoid drinking or eating late at night, avoid caffeine, lipids and start a more active lifestyle sporting or just walking.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to write to me anytime.

Best Regards,
Dr. Eni
