What Causes Nausea And Excessive Sweating?

Yes, I just suddenly became very nauseous for no apparent reason, having episodes of sudden excessive sweating even though it s not hot, and while vomiting began to have flashes of light around my eyes.I am 62 years of age, female and take medicine for high blood pressure. I seem okay now after vomiting and resting. What should I do to follow up? Thank you, Debbie
