Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 50 year old female I weigh 133 and am 5 4. I exercise 2-3 times a week. I have been having little spells of slight nausea and then I break out in a sweat or I just break out in a clammy sweat. It does not feel like a hot flash. I have also been having some chest pain midline that causes some pain in the left side of my neck. I have had a complete cardiac work up about 2 years ago after having some chest pain and going to the ER and it was relieved by nitroglycerine tab. My cardiac work up was normal. Should I go to the ER tonight or just call my primary doctor tomorrow?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest you to take anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen. I also suggest you to take Reglan for nausea. If the symptoms continue, then you can visit your doctor for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
