What Causes Nausea And Faecal Incontinence After Drinking Alcohol?

last night after a few drinks and a couple of cigarettes whilst eating dinner i felt that nausea feeling that you sometimes get after over indulging but this time i barely made it to the restroom which i felt really needed to use i must of past out and came to on the floor of the toilet or fallen off the toilet thus making a mess and of course embarrassing as i cleaned up before anyone noticed the sweat was dripping off me,this had occurred once before again after smoking a cigar and the need for a bowl movement that has to be instant,i know i am not a full time smoker and believe the cigarettes are responsible but the passing out is a worry the first time i did not pass out but felt i was going too.

Cannot say in your particular case and...certainly very few people have faecal incontinence after alcohol.
Alcohol also nicotine are stimulants of all gastrointestinal functions. Part of this is blood going to the GI tract. Furthermore, closely related nerve functions (the vagus nerve goes to the heart and gut) also lowers heart rate. The 'vaso-vagal' response is when stimulating this nerve by food/gut/whacking on the nerve/etc triggers passing out.
BUT
very few people have faecal incontinence after alcohol
so, other things in addition to the alcohol/cigar stimulation of the vagus nerve have also have to be present:
low blood pressure
easily stimulated vagus nerve
gut that is prone to being stimulated to diarrhea and/or constipation (irritable bowel syndrome)
other medications that act on the gut or blood pressure
betel nut or drugs of abuse or a LOT of alcohol or cirrhosis or pancreatitis
