Yes, my symptoms are nausea that seems to make my whole body feel ill. I am lethargic. I have had bloodwork that included a thyroid panel and h pylori. Everything came back normal; the h pylori results are not in yet. My doctor has put me on Nexium which has not helped. My joints ache and the bottom of my feet (heels) feel bruised and hurt when I walk. I must mention that my hair is falling out more than usual. I am an active 63 year old woman who loves to bike and hike and now I only want to lie down. I do suffer from chronic IBS from time to time but other than that, I am in good health. What is your opinion, please?

I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take history. Doctor may prescribe antiallergic drug along with antiemetic . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist in case of cardiac disorder . Eat lost of fruits and vegetables for mineral and vitamins , also drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
