What Causes Nausea And Frequent Bowel Movements?

We have been back from an all inclusive trip to Mexico for a week now and I have had nausea every day and frequent bowel movements... do I need to be worried about this? I got spider bites on my legs while I was there, would this have anything to do with it?

it can be gastroenteritis with food poisoning. maintain hydration take norfloxacine tz twice for 3days.stop taking fast and oily food it can not be result of spider bite apply caladryl lotion externally. can take probiotic.
