What Causes Nausea And Headache After Having A Steroid Injection In Hip?

I had a steroid injection into my hip for chronic pain, I came home and laid down, about 7hours after the injection I got up to get something to eat and felt gastric , nausea and a huge headache at the front of my head can you tell me is this a side effect from the injection

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of headache nausea are not due to steroid injection but the reason of this could be something else, but this is nothing to worry it may be self limiting hope this information
