What Causes Nausea And Headache Along With Lower Back Pain?
Hi, I am a 35yr old African American female not sure what s going on with me. I have been feeling nausea, headaches, fatigue, chills through out the day, night sweats and I was just at the er for unbearable pain lower right back. They said it was nothing but muscle pain but I know that I hadn t done anything to hurt my back and they sent me on my way. Now today I have had bright red blood coming from my rectum with no stool. It was a good amount I thought my cycle was coming on but realized it was coming from my rectum. Please help
your symptoms match with ileocaecal tuberculosis(abdominal tuberculosis) except pain in lower right back
are you had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis.? or cough for more than 2 weeks? do you have fever? did you encounter weight loss over past 4 weeks.? any changes in bowel habits?
pain in lower back is most probably muscle spasm. take flexon mr for 1 week.
for fever chills, also get a CBC+peripheral smear done for malaria. widal test for typhoid.
chest x ray and sputum smear for pulmonary TB
also did you have anal intercourse, it can also be a cause of bleeding. another cause is hemorhhoids.
kindly follow up in nearby hospital.
