Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello! I m experiencing some concerning symptoms as of lately- extreme nausea (typically in the morning or on an empty stomach), headache, extreme thirst (never can quench my thirst, extreme dry mouth, waking up in the middle of the night needing to drink water), and fatigue. I am 26 years old.
Nausea and headache is commonly due to dehydration, low blood glucose or low BP. Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are migraine, liver issues or pregnancy, etc. You can take Sumatriptan (Imitrex), one sos for relieve. Migraine is often associated with nausea & sensitivity to light or sound. You are suggested to get a complete medical check up, get the required blood tests done. Stay well hydrated, take ORS, soups & juices. Keep your blood glucose under control. If liver dysfunction is detected, you will be treated accordingly. Take home made nutritious food, veggies & berries, avoid addictions if any, take adequate rest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
