General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Dilaudid which is a hydromorphone may cause insomnia and nausea and sweats. So I suggest talk to your doctor for a change in your medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
