What Causes Nausea And Loss Of Appetite Along With Diarrhea?
Im not sure if i have food poisoning. Its been 6 days. Im feeling a bit better. My symptoms are nausea, loss of appitite, diarrhea And mucous draining into my stomach while i sleep. When i wake up i have to voluntarily puke myself and only mucous comes up. It could also be related to stress and anxiety...I only drink 2 or 3 beers every 2 days so im not sure if its related to alcohol withdrawl. The symptoms seem more like food poisoning to me, but i would like a professional opinion
