What Causes Nausea And Lower Back Pain?

Hi! Lately I have been feeling a strong nausea and strong pains in my lower back. I take a birth control named Microgynon, and I have only 2 pills left of this cyclus. It is not usual for me to feel like this before my period, so I was wondering if I should concider to see a doctor or if everything seems normal?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Even if you are on birth control pill, I would still advise you to have a urine pregnancy test done if you have missed period as birth control pills too have failure rate. You may also suffer from gastritis so I would suggest you to do pantoprazole 40 mg once daily for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
