What Causes Nausea And Pain In Back During Nights?

hello, i am manju. I am 33 weeks pregnancy. from last weeks, I am feeling nausea and back pain in the night time. I just feel back pain during night time. I feel so difficult to sleep and breath in the night time. from two days, I am feeling pain under the joint part of stomach and breast. Is it normal or danger. what can I do to have some relief from it. could you tell me about it soon?
