Having episodic and exhaustive intermittent nausea/vomiting with sweats. It makes me useless for at leat 36-48 hours and I am weak for a day more. I wretch after I vomit everthing and I cannot tolerate a thing untill it is all over. Even though I wretch I have not noticed a bile taste or appearance. I think a small amout of blood came up at end of last edisode. Nothing sense. The last 2 episodes were with in the same week. Very very discouraging. It started approx 1yr ago happenening every 2 weeks to every month and then stopped for several months. Now, back with a vengence after a move back in with my mother. Having a signifcant increase in stress recently although I have had more than this in my life (although Ive lost my 24 yo dtr 3 yrs ago and father 1 yr later). Also strange but maybe unrelated, My finger tips are numb, mostly all except my pinky fingers. This happenend during the move and shortly before the above started. Yes, hx CT to R hand but never req any tx. The tinginling stopped with position change. Now it bilat hands and numbness never changes. Seems to be here to stay. I do have a fairly old diagnosis of UCTD (Undifferentiated Connective Tissue DZ). I had an excellent Rh and he said 1/3 to continue UTCD, 1/3 to Lupus, 1/3 to Scleraderma and I cant remember the rest. Major HX: narcolepsy apparently r/t autoimmune (MLST 24hr study at sleep lab); Pain issues also believed from auto immune issues. Dad died recently Parinson s. He had quite a bit of auto immune issues. Mother very healthy. On the same meds for several yrs w/out problems. Have taken zofran ODT during episodes - zero effectiveness. I will not take phenergan. Knocks me out. I have no insurance and I dont know what to do. I HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY FOR THIS. DIDNT KNOW TILL END. SORRY
