What Causes Nausea And Pulsating Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have just finished my period but I have a really sore lower stomach under my belly button in line with my hips in the middle I have a stabbing pain to the middle left and a feeling that I m about to faint but I haven t, like I m going to vomit but still eat and don t vomit and I m not even hungry, I have this feeling where it hurts sometimes like a bubble is blowing up in there but then goes away but then comes back again and I m getting worried because I can t sleep properly at night I ve had this feeling for the past 2 days and 2 nights I ve had pandol, nurefon, and buskapan and nothing is making me feel better so I m not sure what is wrong with me

Well come to HCM
Urinary tract infection need to be ruled out because this could be due to stone in ureter or near junction and for this best option to detected this is ultrasonography, and urine examination till then I would suggest the following medicines
1) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Disodium hydrochloride citrate liquid 20 mg three times in day
3) Tab Domperidone 30 mg for vomiting
