What Causes Nausea And Severe Fatigue While On Nexplanon?

I am on nexplanon, but recently I’ve been feeling very nauseous sometimes and extra tired with some heacaches.. lower back pain then I had these really bad cramps in the lower belly and then spotted for about two to three weeks and then got those pains again. Then I listened on a Doppler today and was hearing windy like swooshing sounds that I didn’t hear a week before so I asked around and watched videos and it said that was a placenta sound and so I just wanted to see if I’m crazy basically.

Hello,

If you are on Nexplanon, it may cause spotting, nausea and vomiting. Also, if you conceive during Nexplanon treatment, then chances of developing ectopic pregnancy is high which may cause nausea and vomiting.

Sound during scanning may be seen in Doppler study like blood passing through arteries and veins. So, placenta blood flow is not confirmatory. Please consult your gynecologist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
