What Causes Nausea And Severe Fatigue?

Hello. My husband, a 54 year old white male, has been nausious for 4 days (no throwing up), and has a headache (today). He also is extremely tired and doesn t have much energy, even after being away from work for a couple of days and resting periodically. I m pretty worried its something else.

might be having hepatic dysfunction. liver function test can be done watch for jaundice and liver can be palpated might be having general debility. dewarming with albendazole should be done take bland dieat and avoid fast food or spicy and oily food avoid hepatotoxic food and drink.
