Hi,

Understanding your concern. As per your query, you are having nausea and stomach discomfort which is mainly due to poor digestion, improper metabolism, and excessive intake of dairy products.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you consult gastroenterologist once for proper examination. The doctor may order a stool test along with blood tests and may prescribe ornidazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non-spicy food. Drink plenty of fluids. Walk after every meal. You should avoid food like seafood and nuts. Keep your head elevated while lying down.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
