What Causes Nausea And Stomach Pain During A Period?

Hi,

I am feeling really sick, headachey and my tummy hurts. I am also on my period. Is this related to my period or is is something different? and is there something i can do about it?

I am at universty and i am going home for the weekend tommorow so i really want to feel well!
