What Causes Nausea And Stomach Pain In Menstrual Cycle?

Good Morning! My period previous period was on 31st jan and after the period hole month in feb i have vomiting tendency & sometime pain in my stomac ,the i think it may be pregnancy symtem but my period starts on 02nd Mar,Kindly advise what is happening with me? Please!
