What Causes Nausea And Tender Tummy?

hi im 25 n mother to 3 kids my youngest being 2, ive started puttin on weight in my stomach and also felt very nauseous , i ave vomited 3 times in the last 3 weeks . i was a week late this month but i took a bang to the stomach an came on a day later , ive noticed my breasts r gettin bigger n ave sum white liquid cumin out of my rite breast . all my tests say neg . please help , ive also got a tender tummy
