What Causes Nausea And Tightness In Chest While On Methotrexate?

I take a variety of medications for post stroke, hypertension, psoriatic arthritis (methotrexate), diabetes. My spouse, who disperses my medications has been having nausea and tightness in her chest. Recent Bloodwork and exam didn t yield anything. Can casual contact e.g., handling the meds, or saliva transfer the meds to her and create these symptoms??

no these medications dont have any effect on other person due to handling but its beter she may wash hands after handling these medicines. she must do x-ray chest to exclude any chest pathology
