General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through your concern here. As per my clinical data knowledge, the tremors in hands likely be due to vitamin deficiency as folate, Vitamin B12 or trace elements related issue. In our clinic, I recommend a specific clinical evaluation to rule out any other systemic issue before commencing the treatment. Till that time, supplement with Methylcobalamin will support great.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
