What Causes Nausea And Upper Quadrant Pain When Diagnosed With Liver Hemangioma?

I was recently diagnosed with a liver hemangioma. I was initially seen because I thought I was having problems with my gallbladder however all tests indicated otherwise. It only measured 1.0 cm. I am nauseous every single day, I have RUQ pain on most days, and have lost my appetite, most days I only eat once a day. I am a 49 yr old female. What is your opinion?

Hi,

A liver hemangioma is a benign lesion. It is usually accidental finding and won't cause any symptoms. If it enlarges and becomes huge then only gives symptoms. 1 cm hemangioma is less likely to cause these symptoms.

In my opinion, your symptoms are due to gastritis and hyperacidity. So take pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination.

Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Go for walking after meals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
