Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your blood pressure is high which also can give nausea, vomiting and feeling of unwell. A very high blood sugar also gives such symptoms. So blood sugar level should be checked also. Stroke can come with out any alarming symptoms or with symptoms like headache, dizziness, tingling sensation or weakness in limbs etc. It is better to have an examination with your GP or physician and get your Blood pressure controlled by medication. This will help you decrease such symptoms. If blood pressure and your lipid level is in normal levels you will be out of risk for stroke also.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
