General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Watson-853 which is available in the form of white or yellow capsules contain the same medicines acetaminophen-325 mg and hydrocodone-10 mg and found to be equally effective for moderate to severe pain. Nausea and vomiting caused by Watson-53 white pills could be due to different excipients present in the formulation. You may take an anti-emetic like domperidone along with these pills or ask your pharmacist to supply the Watson-53 yellow capsules.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
