What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Before The Periods?

all my life i have sneezed out loud. Now i'm 38 and my sneezing are coming out silent. What does that mean. Next question. I have a cyle about every two weeks. Prior to my menstrual cycle I get very sick, nausated and can't keep anything on my stomach. what could be causing this?
