What Causes Nausea And Vomiting While Having Lupus Disease?

I am 35 years old female, I have Lupus I have been sick for 1 week, i started out very Nauseous, then dizzy and vomiting, no appetite, cant stand straight without going side ways or forward and vomiting. I was hospitalized for 24 hours at Watson Clinic and they did an MRI and what was found is lesion in the brain. Ruled out Lupus flare, recommended a Spinal Tap, My RA Dr recommends the Spinal Tap, I am getting no answers Please Help what could it be in the spinal tap results, thank you

I really appreciate your concern, you have not said anything about the MRI findings what kind of lesion it is being detected, in my opinion if the brain lesion is not correlating with the clinical condition then it is nothing to worry, still it is better to discuss the case with physician ask about the diagnosis hope this information helps.
