What Causes Nausea And Vomiting While On Cinnarizine For Neck Discomfort?

my mother is suffering from cervical problem in neck region.sometime when she do any work of downneck for long time she have accelerated nausea and vomiting and after taking medicine CITIFLAM-S with CINNAZINE get relief.she is treated by COBALT -G.please tell about some better treatment.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of the symptoms of unease and vomiting is matter of concern and it may not be due to the cervical disease, in my opinion on tentative basis it can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, still better to go for clinical examination hope this information helps.
