General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Nausea and vomiting are due to gastric upset from the medications.
* Addition of anti-emetic with PPI will support great.
* Leg cramps can be managed with supplements of Magnesium, Zinc and other multi-vitamins.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
