General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The healing of fracture is delayed in old age patient.

So his healing will take time.

The CT scan, MRI normal according to mentioned history. So probably you are talking about CT abdomen. So no need to worry as it is normal.

For nausea ondensteron or domperidone can be prescribed.

Give him soft and Bland diet more with more fruits.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
