What Causes Nausea Before Meals?

hi,I am a 32yr old lady.I experience bouts of nausea just before meals.i have taken a H pylori test which was negative and also dewormedwith Albendazole. this symptoms have been there for about an year and i really am confused.what could be the problem?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nausea before meals suggests some gastrointestinal tract lesion.
A negative test for H pylori rules out infection with H Pylori.
There could be presence of gall bladder stones.
You need to take up ultrasound of upper abdomen.
If there is presence of gall stones, the nausea could be due to gall stones.
Gall bladder is surgically removed along with stones.
Consult a gastroenterologist for relevant investigations and further management.
