What Causes Nausea, Bloody Stools And Fatigue?

Hi, I ve been experiencing on and off nausea, constipation (blood in stool), tiredness, fatigue, cold chills and some sharp headache recently. I had several blood test, all of which came out normal. I also had an abdominal ultrasound and a upper endoscopy done and all is normal. I am not sure what to do next?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Do not avoid this problem, it is serious
It may be poly or haemoorhoids.
Other cause may be colitis and constipation.
So please consult with gastro surgeon as early as possible.
As early you diagnosed the problem, you will get better fast.
Go for sigmoidoscopy/colonoscopy to exclude the bleeding.
Hope this may help you.
Wish you good health

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
