What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea With Cramping?

I am currently weaning of 50mg tramadol 2x/day. At the same time I was prescribed Lexapro 10mg 1/day in evening for depression. I get up e very morning nauseous, with dhiahheria and cramps. I am at the point where I am just taking 1/2 tab.(25mg) of tramadol in the AM. Which pill is giving me the problems I am having?

Hello
Your symptoms can either be due to tramadol withdrawal or strating of lexapro or drug interactions between lexapro and tramadol.
I would suggest you to first withdraw tramadol completely and then start with lexapro.
Simultaneously, you can take an anti-emetic drug like ondansetron.
