Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea, disorientation, dizziness and mild abdominal pain . Well there can be many reasons for this like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis , stress , anxiety and multiple sclerosis. Need not to worry. For now avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger green tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily. I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complications. Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may remove wax from ears , may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics (amoxicillin ) and anti allergic medications. Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for abdominal pain ,for now take anaspas for pain.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
