What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Hot Flushes?

Hi, This morning I woke up with what I think was motion sickness, however I have been at home, in bed, and had not been moving. The symptoms that I was displaying were extreme dizzyness, nausia, hot sweats and generally feeling under the weather. Is this possible?

I am 28, 5' 11" tall, 16 st in weight, and am normally very healthy and do not get ill.
