What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Light Headedness?

My mom is 81 and is dizzy and throwing up. do I need medical help as in 911 or does she have the flu. she told me was feeling light headed in the early morning an still now. I gave her Oj and chocolate thinking it was her sugar level which she is not a diabetic.
