What Causes Nausea, Dizziness, Eye Pain And Sore Throat?

My daughter has a sore throat she s is dizzy she is feeling nausea her eyes hurt when she moves them they hurt worse when she moves her eyes her legs feel restless and her temp is 98.5. Was wondering what going on with her she is 22 years old. And she can t quench her thirst. Her neck feels achy

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Work up needed with ....
-Posterior pharynx examination to rule out pharyngitis which seems most likely here
-Floor of mouth inspection to rule out Ludwig angina
-neurological examination
-CBC with differential count
-CRP
-throat swab only of needed ...

Salt water gargles useful...
Benadryl or levo cetrizine like decongestent can be given.....
Drink more water
Avoid excess spicy foods ....
If neeeded for example high neutrophil than antibiotic given...

According to report and examine further management decided ...
Ex..if inflammatory swelling more than short term steroid needed
