What Causes Nausea, Dizziness, Heaviness In Abdomen And Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

hopefully i m at 8th week pregnancy but last 10 days bleeding at 6th week, still getting symptoms, feeling nausea, dizziness, hunger, vomitting, feeling heavyness in my lower abdomen, if suddenly stand get cramp lower stomach, is there any possibility of pregnancy, plz advice

Hi, bleeding during pregnancy is not a good sign as it suspects abortion. Kindly get a scan done and visit gynecologist for immediate help.
