Hello,
Lower
abdominal pain on the right side may be suggestive of
appendix, gall stone, liver disease, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood workouts, X-ray, CT, MRI and required tests and investigations done. Your treatment (conservative,
physical therapy, surgery) will depend on the pathology detected and the severity of the symptoms.
For relieve, you can take anti emetics. Take PPIs and analgesics to relieve abdominal pain. Taking
Combiflam /
Naproxen, one after food may be of help to reduce backache. Take food in time so that your vitals are maintained. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
